YES, confused the h e l l out of me when had been donating. And now totally out of sync. Deserved to lose that one.

No trump, no 2nd rd hand, only 1 off ace, up 3: Not donating here is a criminal offense. You can either play your cards or play to win. S1 choose the former.

Gotta donate here. For sure. Keep you in the lead and its your deal next. 7 to 6 puts you off balanced slightly but 6 to 5 keeps you with more options.

pretty sure that was me in East chair..... idk I think differently when leading by 3+....sorry irish.
