it was a bad call and if dealer turns down (which they would not) then it's a march for the game with S1R2 diamonds call. We won't mention who was sitting in S1 on this hand

This hand violates two important principles for me: Never challenge the Jack when you only have 3 trump (unless at 9-9 and that's the best you got) and never call from S1-Rd 1 when you have a viable 2nd round hand, always go for the euchre, I.E. get your cake and eat it too.
