East seat dealt and turned up the queen of spades. Bidding goes pass, pass, and the south seat orders the queen into the east seat hand



North seat starts off the hand by leading the ace of diamonds
East uses the queen to trump in and takes the first trick.



Next, the east seat leads the king of clubs. North follows suit, West plays the ace, and south trumps with the ten of spades. South, still holding both bars, uses them to make the point.

I think you mean south orders up to West who was dealing.

Two points could have been had here.

If north leads trump and South takes over and runs trump out then finds North Ace then two points can be had. If south leads hearts after trumps been pulled out then no chance of taking 2pts.
