On partner's call, there are many hands where a trump lead back may be debatable. This is not one of those hands

Dealer was ordered, has 3 & and 2 off suit aces and does not lead trump? He should have been shot on the spot! He has failed all fundamentals of playing euchre.

One of the worst plays I have seen awhile. The question for the Dealer is, WHAT IN THE H E L L ia your reason for not leading trump on the 2nd trick?

Sorry, I don't follow. Are we not supposed to say who sat where? Is it really even a big deal?

The goal in posting these hands is so OE viewers can analyze and see possible misplays. Pointing out what players were involved in a hand only distracts from that goal.

I would think it's also helpful to get input from the person who made said play, at least in cases where a mistake can be defensible or the right play was deceptively hard to find. I'll admit that this example is a pretty open and shut case, but I'm always giving my thought process for how I played, if I wind up as the target of one of these replays.

There is a basic euchre guideline of pulling trump before playing aces that would apply in this hand.

“Thou shalt leadeth trump to thy partner’s order,” per the Ohio Euchre TEN COMMANDMENTS OF EUCHRE.
