I'm sure we have covered this in the past, but it's worth repeating.

JUST CRIMINAL! And you see it all the time.

So obvious not to lead trump the 2nd time!

YES, we have covered this before. A R1S2 order, in particular, must pay attention to Dealer’s leads.

Dealer picked up the Td and has played the Qd (not the Td) and the Ad (again not the Td). He is stating emphatically that Dealer still has the Td!! (The picked up card). S2 should lead the non-trump, Js, in this hand. That allows Dealer to trump the non-trump. Dealer can trump with the 7th trump (S2 still has 2 trump), S2 has the remaining 2 trump and will win the next 2 tricks and take 2 instead of 1.

This hand is even stronger. In this hand, Dealer would lead the Ac and S2 could duck and reserve a single remaining trump to take the 5th trick.

Irish simplified it even more! Do not lead trump a 2nd time, You don't even need to notice the signals being sent by Dealer to know
