There are two ways of adding an image to your post.
- 1) By using a a 3rd party hosting provider, from services like Photobucket, imgur, ImageShack, and etc. You will need a direct link (URL) to the image. Often you can locate the URL from the share options on the hosting service. An example of a direct image URL would be: http://i.imgur.com/tHtwFXm.gif
Once you have the URL, paste it into your post. Highlight the link, then click the link button at the top of the text box. Your image will show when you submit or in the Preview window.
2) The second way is to add as an attachment. It's also little tricky, but you will not need an outside service.
You can use any image that's on your computer.
Start by clicking the attachments tab below.
Next click 'add file'. This will open a local search box.
Locate the image, then click 'Open'
Now click 'place inline'
Your image will show when you submit or in the Preview window.
