Your partner named trump, don't you think he'd like to know who has the left?

Hiding the left from your partner seldom is the best play.

This is very good advice from Dlan. Its a team/partnership. Whether your playing with someone familiar or someone random. Work as a team. Try to understand why your partner is calling, what they are calling what they could possibly have. Use this information to help guide you to best play to help your partner in making a point, getting that elusive euchre or playing for the March and getting 2pts with taking all the tricks.
