Is an uncut Euchre deck that is dealed a misdeal?

If the dealer shuffles the cards and forgets to offer the player to his right the chance to cut the cards, and the hand is played out, is that hand considered a misdeal? If it is a misdeal, does it have to be declared by a certain point? What if it's declared after all the cards have been played out?

Not unless that's a house rule.

Euchre is a weird game when it comes to the deal. Usually the cards are dealt 2-3 at a time, meaning the dealer only goes around twice.

Usually a misdeal is only declared if a card is exposed during the deal, except for the suggested trump suit at the end.
